Carbon monoxide is the leading cause of poisoning deaths in the United States. By helping parents maintain their homes, you can help protect children's health!
Many of the strategies used to protect children from carbon monoxide are also strategies that help make our community's housing greener and cleaner. Newer furnaces that function well are not only energy efficient, but they are also healthier.
How can your organization help promote both green and healthy homes?
Partnership is a core value for the Healthy Homes Coalition. We'd like to partner with your organization to make sure all children's homes are free of poisonous carbon monoxide.
