CLEARCorps/USA Receives $443,000 in Funding


CLEARCorps USA announced that they have been awarded a $443,000 grant from the Corporation for National and Community Services to support AmeriCorps volunteers at their eleven affiliate sites, including the Healthy Homes Coalition in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

CLEARCorps USA is a national nonprofit organization committed to preventing childhood lead poisoning and educating families and communities towards healthier housing.  The current CNCS grant is the 15th consecutive annual award for the organization, which has been fighting lead poisoning in local communities through national affiliates since 1995.
