Lead Training for Landlords

The Rental Property Owners Association of Kent County (RPOA) is continuing to offer the EPA-required Renovation, Repair and Painting rule training for landlords and contractors in 2013.

There is a fee for the class and prior registration is required. For more information or to sign-up for a class, contact Richard TenHoor or call Kathy at RPOA at (616) 454-3385.

All classes will be held at the RPOA offices, 1459 Michigan Street NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.
